Dear Bob,
Recently I hired your company to come to my house here in Hanson to complete a vinyl siding job that was started some 2 years ago by a different contractor. The resulting work by your crew was of such excellent quality, and the overall experience I had with Wilcox Aluminum was so gratifying that I felt compelled to write this letter of appreciation. The incredible attention-to-detail that your 2 sons gave to the work still amazes me. It has been over a month since the job was completed and I am still discovering things that they fixed that were above and beyond what was contracted for. Your company certainly kept it's word when it promised to do an above average job! All work was done in a neat, professional manner and in the amount of time promised.
We consumers, sad to say, don't expect much in the way of service these days but every once in a while you pick the right company to deal with and it is like striking gold! Your company has certainly made a believer out of me that there are still old fashioned, family owned businesses that don't take customer for granted. I will be recommending Wilcox Aluminum for years to come and I wish nothing but further success for you and your sons.

Dear Bob: I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased Tommy and I are about our new bathroom and to thank you for being the one responsible for things running smoothly. If word of mouth is the best way to advertise, we have been telling anyone who will listen how great you and your men are. Your installers were both very courteous and professional in their work. The ease with which they removed my old wooden windows and the installation of the new vinyl ones is indicative of their high level of skill. Dear Bob: I want you to know how pleased Linda and I are with the roof, the siding and the windows. It is like we have a new house! The attention to detail by everyone at Wilcox Aluminum is greatly appreciated. We have received many positive comments from friends about how fantastic the house looks. After going through almost a year of interior renovations with another contractor, I did not need any more stress and aggravation. So when you started when you said you were going to start, and you finished when you said you were going to finish, and it cost what you said it was going to cost, I was very impressed. To express our thanks for your excellent work, we are sending you this list of OUR TOP SIX REASONS FOR HIGHLY RECOMMENDING WILCOX ALUMINUM TO OTHERS: 1) You completed our renovation and construction project on time! After hearing so many horror stories from friends and associates about contractors and subcontractors failing to show up, etc., we were happy to see that you and your crew were so capable, reliable, hard-working and efficient. 2) You stayed within our budget, despite a few unforeseen complications. 3) Your crew was conscientious and thorough. They obviously take pride in their craftsmanship and deservedly so. We were especially, and pleasantly, surprised that, at the end of each workday, they would clean up construction debris, etc., to minimize the effects of construction on our daily living. 4) You were thoughtful and patient in consulting with us. For example, during the planning phase you helped us make the right decisions about design and materials. We enjoyed the creativity and humor of those discussions. 5) You made sure subcontractors showed up and did a good job. Indeed, the subcontractors you chose --for tiling, plastering, electric work --all did excellent work, and we would highly recommend them, as well. 6) You and your crew were unfailingly friendly. This is certainly a bonus. Let's face it; most customers would be thrilled just to have their projects done on time and within budget. But, given that a homeowner has to co-exist with a crew during a project, it makes like much easier to be dealing with nice people.
